Pre-go-live application audit

A release date is not a control. Before staff start taking live applications on a new origination path, we test whether the financial records the application will create can be audited later — offers, fees, holds, overrides, and disbursement locks.

When to call us

New origination applications, a move of a product line from a spreadsheet-and-core workaround onto a dedicated origination path, or a material change to Islamic contractual sequencing. We need a frozen parameter pack and a test book of applications, not a slide deck.

What “readiness” means here

We do not certify software. We say whether, on the evidence of the test book and the control design, the origination application is ready to create financial records you can stand behind. Residual risks are listed, owned, and dated. If a control is missing, the letter says so in plain language.

Deposits and timing

Pre-go-live work is scheduled against a release window you name in the engagement letter. A deposit holds the team. If the window moves, we reschedule under the terms on the refund page; we do not compress sampling to keep a ceremonial date.
