Terms of engagement
These terms apply to use of mindvectorstack.digital and to professional work instructed from the Shah Alam office, unless a signed engagement letter states otherwise.

What the site is
This website describes independent financial-audit services for loan origination applications. It is not an offer to the public to underwrite credit, sell software, or take payment online. Indicative fees are information only.
Instructions
Professional work starts only when both sides have a signed engagement letter naming the origination application, the period, the sample approach, the deliverable, the fee, and any deposit. A scoping meeting or a completed contact form is not an instruction.
Our responsibilities
We carry out the work described in the letter with reasonable care, using the method on the methodology page unless the letter varies it. We keep working papers for the period stated in the letter. We do not guarantee a particular finding, a regulatory outcome, or a go-live date.
Your responsibilities
You provide a truthful sample frame, access listings, product packs, and a counterpart who can pull files. You do not withhold declined or problematic files from the population. You obtain any internal approvals needed for us to see origination records.
Reports
Findings papers and management letters are written for the instructing institution. They may be tabled with internal audit, credit risk, finance, and the audit committee. They may not be published, excerpted in marketing, or given to a software vendor as a certification without our written consent.
Independence and conflicts
We decline work that would require us to implement or host the origination application we are asked to audit, or to re-underwrite customers. If a conflict appears, we say so and stop. Unused deposits follow the refund terms.
Liability
Our liability for an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law does not allow a limit. We are not liable for losses caused by incomplete populations, altered files after fieldwork, or decisions you take after the closing meeting.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Selangor have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights.
Changes
The version on this page applies to site use from the date you visit. Engagement letters control the professional work they describe.
